Choose between two training options available:
- Gambling Counselor Core Training – 30 CE hours, including 10-hour self-directed component and 20-hour live webinar component (click to learn more)
- Advanced Training in Behavioral Health – up to 16 CE hours

Scholarships
Scholarships are available for the Winter 2024 Quarterly Training Workshops. Scholarships are available for Treatment Providers, Prevention Specialists, Peer/Recovery Coaches, and undergraduate/graduate students or professors/counselors in accredited Washington State college and university behavioral health, addictions, and counseling programs. Scholarships are available for all ECPG-sponsored workshops and conferences.
Scholarships cover the cost of training/conference registration, a $75/night hotel stipend for up to 3 nights at the conference/training hotel, Gambling Counselor (WSCGC) certification application fee of $150 for those who are applying for the first time, and a complimentary one-year ECPG Associate for first-time Associates. Evergreen Council on Problem Gambling is an Approved Provider of Continuing Education by The Association for Addiction Professionals (NAADAC), and the International Gambling Counselor Certification Board (IGCCB). Our workshops have also been approved for continuing education by the American Academy of Healthcare Providers in the Addictive Disorders (AAHCPAD), the Canadian Problem Gambling Certification Board (CPGCB), and the Mental Health Addictions Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO).
