About Certification

Get Started Today!

Thanks to support from the Washington State Health Care Authority’s Problem Gambling Program, funding is available to help cover the costs of the initial certification application, and bi-annual renewals for initial applicants and renewing Certified Gambling Counselors.  You will see the prices changed to reflect this funding support in the form below.  You will be contacted if there are any questions or additional supporting documents needed for your application.  Please be sure to upload supporting documents (as described in the Certification Manual linked above) where indicated at the bottom of this form.

NOTE: An exam fee reimbursement is also now available to help cover the cost of taking the IPGGC gambling counselor exam (if that is chosen instead of the Case Conceptualization Exam Alternative).  Contact info@evergreencpg.org and request information and instructions for the exam fee reimbursement. This is available to those who are eligible, who take the international exam after July 1, 2025, and receive a passing score.
