Problem Gambling and Gaming Programs and Services
ECPG has developed programs and services providing awareness, support, prevention, and education for anyone interested in or impacted by Gambling Disorder issues and across the entire continuum of care. Just a few of the ECPG’s major priorities are to support treatment services, provide quality training opportunities for counselors, peer/recovery coaches, community organizations, and colleges/universities, and promote awareness of problem gambling help and hope. ECPG supports services for those seeking help for gambling-related health and wellness issues and for their loved ones by providing funding to reimburse treatment expenses for both outpatient and residential gambling treatment services. ECPG also provides quality training on topics such as gambling, problem gambling, Gambling Disorder, and responsible gambling, gaming and Gaming Disorder, cultural awareness and social justice, prevention, public health, co-occurring disorders, law and ethics, and more with Continuing Education (CE) accreditation. ECPG promotes awareness of problem gambling and cultural impacts through a podcast, live-streaming events on social media, YouTube videos, blogs, and more.
