How Has the COVID-19 National Public Health Emergency
Adjusting to the impacts of COVID-19 on our communities and social distancing can be stressful. We are all working to reduce the spread of the virus and as a result making sacrifices to ensure the safety of ourselves, our loved ones and our community.
The changes can have a huge impact on our mental health. Navigating these changes can be challenging and leave us feeling isolated. We want to reassure you– you are not alone.
ECPG and other organizations are maintaining our 24-hour helplines and providing teleconferencing options to provide immediate support if you, or a family member, need to reach out to someone.
This page will be updated to communicate any changes to our programs and services as well as provide additional resources. Please check back often or contact us at 360-352-6133.
