Awareness is key to problem gambling prevention—particularly for youth. Since it was first established, ECPG has provided a number of youth-based programs that teach children and teens about problem gambling and problem gambling prevention. In years past,  ECPG held an after-school and summer camp art and music program, partnering with Tulalip Tribes and various artists throughout Washington State and the Pacific Northwest.

ECPG partners with Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery and POWER 93 FM to provide the Peer-to-Peer Campaign. Each year, at least one school district and its high school business students (usually part of a DECA program) run a full marketing campaign, sharing multi-media elements and youth problem gambling awareness messaging with their peers.
