Linda Graves, MS, NCGC-II, is currently the Problem Gambling Program Manager, Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse, State of Washington. Prior to moving to Washington, Linda was the Deputy Director for the Delaware Council on Problem Gambling for nine years, where she planned, implemented and monitored the problem gambling treatment program, oversaw the training calendar, and supervised general operations. Linda has been active with the National Council on Problem Gambling for the past nine years, and served as Chair for the National Problem Gambling Helpline Committee from 2001-2005. She served as Secretary for the Delaware Certification Board for four years, and was a member of that Board for six years. She was recognized as Counselor of the Year by the Delaware Association of Addiction Professionals in 2005. She was awarded the Service Award in 2003 by the National Council on Problem Gambling.
